To start go to the link below and download the Administrative Templates File.

Copy it to your server or PC and extract the files.
Copy OneDrive.admx and paste it to:
C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions
If you are using a central store copy it to:
Domain.local\sysvol\policies\PolicyDefinitions
Next copy OneDrive.adml to the language folder
C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\en-us
If you are using a central store copy it to:
Domain.local\sysvol\policies\PolicyDefinitions\en-us
Open Group Policy editor and you will the OneDrive settings folder under the Administrative templates both under User or Computer settings.
